Suzan R Hofstede and famous actress Anne Hathaway had an inspiring conversation about movies, fashion and the key of being successful in acting career

Having an interview with the world-wide-known actress Anne Hathaway was such a pleasure. While talking about her career, her movies and fashion, I learned some key points about how to be a successful woman. She was always a fashion icon in her lovely and trendy red dress with some glamorous accessories.

·        Her Admirable Career

By the time she turned 18, she entered in her acting career. She mentioned that she had had a huge passion about acting at high school as well. Furthermore, she added that she had won a prize at the very beginning in her career, which led her to become more ambitious about being a famous actress. Always dreaming about being a world-wide-known actress, she totally reached her goals.

She officially started her acting career in 2001, being the protagonist of the movie “The Princess Diaries". By the time I had told her that movie was my favourite when I was in the primary school, she could not stop her tears. She explained that her fans -especially who are little girls- made her much powerful and strong in her career.

In 2006 she was again the protagonist in the movie “The Devil Wears Prada". She mentioned that having such a nice role with Meryl Streep had been a pleasure for her. Her dreams became real as one of her idols was Meryl Streep, she continued. This enlightens us about “all stars have role models”. Therefore, we should never give up on our dreams.

·        Her Breath Taking Movies

All of her movies are magnificent especially if you are a little or a teenage girl. One of her spectacular movies will be your favourite. As I am a teenage girl, my favourite movie is “The Devil Wears Prada", which is one of her most famous movies. While talking about her lovely movie, she explained that she had learned about how to wear fashionable and trendy clothes while filming. As she loved trying on luxurious clothes, she told that she had an amazing time. She also added that she learned great acting tips from the successful actress Meryl Streep.

One of her latest movie is “The Witches", which was filmed during the coronavirus outbreak. This movie is based on the book of Roald Dahl. She explained that having the role of the “head-witch" was lovely, as she had fun while reading Roald Dahl's books when she was little. She added that he was one of her favorite writers. As an adorable coincidence, I told her that he was my favourite writer as well. The emotional atmosphere was just like a bitter chocolate, both sweet and bitter at the same time. While hugging her fan who was really excited about talking her -me-, she explained that she loved sharing the same interests with her audience.

·        Being Trendy and Being a Fashion Icon

Lastly, we have talked about her trendy, cool and fashionable clothing. In her each movie, she dresses like a model or a princess -which light because of her roles in the movies-. Her clothing choice is really admirable for her audience, who are especially consisted of both little and teenage girls waiting for some fashion inspiration. Anne Hathaway admitted that fashion had a prominent place in acting sector, as actress' fans were criticizing them about their outfit choice. Especially, while going to cafe or a supermarket in the morning, your fans suddenly appear and  start taking photos without considering about actress' personal life, she continued. She added that the hardest part of being famous.

In conclusion, having a chitchat with the famous and successful actress Anne Hathaway was such a pleasure for me. While talking about her career, her tips to become successful, her movies and fashion; all her fans got inspired from her lovely story.
